What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set DoTimer > Cooldowns > Max Duration to 2 minutes.
2. Cast the glyphed holy priest buff Guardian Spirit on someone.
3. Don't let it trigger but expire after 10 seconds.
4. Due to the glyph, the cooldown will then be reset from 3 to 1 minute.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A cooldown timer bar for the remaining minute should show when it is reset to 1 minute, because of the glyph.
Right now the cooldown timer only shows when Max Duration is set to 3 minutes or more.
