28 - Pet bar does not appear

Pet bar does not appear if you enter combat while your pet is not summoned.
What other addons are you using?
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount up, dismiss your pet, etc
2. Enter combat
3. Dismount or call your pet
Can you reproduce the issue with all other addons disabled?
Do you have an error log of what happened?
