34 - Bug: Macro with modifiers
What version of World of Warcraft are you running?
WotLK 3.03
What version of the addon are you running?
1.8.2
What problem are you having?
I use cast macros with [modifier:], such as "/cast [modifier:shift] <Some Spell>" ... This worked perfectly with Dominos last month, which is the main reason I used Dominos. Now its broke, the macro icons update properly based on the modifier in use, yet, the action button does not respond.
What other addons are you using?
XPerl
Clique
BankItems
ItemPrice
Auctioneer (disabled most the time)
BigWigs (disabled most the time)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new macro
2. enter: /cast [modifier:shift] <insert spell or item name>
3. Place in an actionbar with a simple keybinding (no modifiers), such as =
4. Press Shift and =
5. Notice nothing happening
Can you reproduce the issue with all other addons disabled?
Yes.
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error is generated
Please provide any additional information below.
This is probably caused by capturing the modifiers for state dependant bars. I would be happy with a Config option to disable that feature, allowing all keypress to default to their unmodified trigger.
