DragQueen simply makes most in-game windows and bags draggable. Once the window/bag is closed, it will snap back to it's original location.

The only exception to this rule is the castingbar. You can now move the castingbar and it will retain it's position. To move the castingbar:
(1) /dq show castingbar
(2) drag the bar where you want it
(3) /dq hide castingbar

This is inspired by and has snippets of code from Mobile Frames in it. However, it is vastly trimmed down.
