I was unhappy that I could not use the default Blizzard unit frames to display a number and a percentage at the same time. I also didn't want to download and setup new unit frames.
My friend Zenex came to my aid and wrote the code for this.
Creates a small moveable window that displays target's health and percentage of health. When the target's health reaches 25% or below, the window lights up red and says DRAIN SOUL!.
/ew hide - disables the frame
/ew show - enables the frame if hidden
