DSNG_Roll

DSNG_Roll is the Dark Sun roll engine, revamped yet again, and split into parts.

This particular part aims to simply pop a Mainspec/Offspec/Pass roll to raid members, as per requested, and give feedback to whoever requested the roll (raidleader, most likely).
