Basically just something I made when I was bored. Whenever you die plays a random audio file from the list. Originally when I created it just for myself it was Illidan saying 'You were not prepared!'. I recently upgraded it to randomly say things from other boss encounters. In my spare time I will try to figure out an interface to let you pick and choose what things are said but don't expect it soon.
To test it or macro it use /death or /imdead
