Displays current energy and combo points on a movable, customizable bar.

EnergyWatch Reborn : Usage - /ew <option>
 Options:
  on            : Enables EnergyWatch
  off           : Disables EnergyWatch
  unlock        : Allows you to move EnergyWatch
  lock          : Locks EnergyWatch in place
  scale <value> : Scales EnergyWatch bar (Values: 0.25 - 3.0)
  alpha <value> : Sets bar Alpha (opacity) (Values: 0.0 - 1.0)
  reset         : Resets bar scale, alpha and position to defaults
  help <value>  : Prints help for certain options (below)
  text <value>  : Sets the text on EnergyWatch
  show <value>  : Set when EnergyWatch should be shown

Usage - /ew text <string>
 String may contain a special characters that will be replaced with the following values:
  &e  : Current Energy
  &em : Maximum Energy
  &c  : Combox Points

Usage - /ew show <option>
 Option effect:
  always      : Always shown
  combat      : Shown in Combat
  stealth     : Shown in Combat and while Stealthed
  stealthonly : Show only while stealthed

Druids - EnergyWatch will only be visible while you
are in cat form, and your selected "show" option is
true.
