EngBank 2.03:

• EngBank empty icons now have the correct empty textures.
• Also, empty icons when "hide empty icons" is enabled, now have a texture as EngInventory do.
• EngBank purchaseable bag slots now are always shown and have the right texture.
• Fixed /eb disable and /eb enable to replace/recover the original bak frames.

EngBank 2.02:

• 46 new buttons in the bank frame (this will be dynamic some day...) to avoid the 24 slot bag problems.
• Added the 7th bank slot.
• Added /eb disable and /eb enable (not /ei) to disable/enable EngBank.
• Reordered the rightclick menu options a little.
• Fixed a bug on EngBank, some code not cleaned when testing for 2.0.
