EPGP Lootmaster
EPGP Lootmaster provides a nice GUI for distributing loot and GP to the raid.
It sends a popup and a message to all raid members with the question wether they want the loot or not and sends this response to the master looter. The ML gets a nice list of every raider's choices sorted by EP/GP (more info on EPGP here).
Whisper system
This mod nolonger requires everyone in your raid to install it! Raid members can now just whisper the master looter with a simple message:
/w masterlooter !epgp need/greed/pass [itemlink]
This, however, will not send the current equipment to the master looter ui. It's still strongly suggested that everyone installs the mod, but it's nolonger mandatory. The master looter, of course, still needs to install it ;)
Installation
Just copy the epgp_lootmaster and epgp_lootmaster_ml directories from the zipfile to your addons directory or use the Curse Installer. When you configure your addons in wow you'll get two entries:- EPGP LootMaster - Core: Everyone in raid needs to enable this.
- EPGP LootMaster - ML: Only Master Looter needs to enable this, most raiders will probably get dependency missing because EPGP isn't installed. This is no problem, just leave it disabled. The Master Looter however does need to install EPGP.
Config
/lm options for some basic options.- Auto announce threshold: sets what kind of item raid members automatically get to see.
- Auto looter: sets a raid members that will automatically receive BoE and BoU items below the threshold (for disenchantment or bank).
- Listen for incoming monitor updates: Enabling this will make your client listen from updates from the master looter. It will show you the exact same interface as the master looter. This way you could help deciding who gets the loot.
Use
Just install this mod on every raid member. Set someone up a master looter. As soon as the ML tries to loot something, epgp_lootmaster will detect it and will try to handle the distribution for you. epgp_lootmaster will also handle the GP distribution for you and should automatically disable the EPGP GP input popup. You can also manually disable this popup from the EPGP options panel.
/lm version or /lm versioncheck
This will show you an interface where you can see wether the members of your guild or raid have installed lootmaster and what version.

Jiminimonka Mon, 12 Jan 2009 17:14:47Yes, I am sure I can do this without any changes. Just currently bosses seem to be dropping a lot of BoE items in with the BoP stuff and it doesnt really stand out, the items still go to everyones screens for NEED/GREED/PASS even though they are BoE.

Wouldn't it be better if you'd send the BoP Epic items (happens when everyone passes) to another person in the raid to disenchant, so the auto looter won't "auto-pilot" DE epic BoE items ;) It's possible to implement your proposal, but it involves some major rewrites in the auto-looting system, so i'd rather not if i don't have to.

Jiminimonka Mon, 12 Jan 2009 00:37:19Thanks for making those changes. One thing that might be a problem is that I send a BOE item to our Enchanter and he auto-pilot Disenchants it. Its not happened yet, but I can see this coming up later as we get faster and faster at clearing Naxxramas. Would it be possible to have a Disenchanter and a Banker listed? and BOE items of certain quality go to Disencahnter and above another quality (Rare I should think) go to the banker? If this is too much to ask no problem we can live with things fine the way they are. Once again, thanks EPGP Loot Master has made life so much easier for me.

mackatack Fri, 09 Jan 2009 19:02:06Hey, yeah thats probably what everyone expect it would do, so ill change it now. So: check if it's autolootable, if not, check if autoannounce is needed. Will also change the script to bypass autolooting using alt+click

@Jiminimonka: This is intentional. I have setup the auto looter that it only loots when an item drops that doesn't match the auto announce threshold. It should probably be the following: if auto loot threshold matches then auto loot, else check the auto announce. So i guess ill flip this around. One question to you tho. Did you set the auto looter to epic?

Jiminimonka Thu, 08 Jan 2009 18:04:22last night a few BOE Epics dropped but didn't get given to the Banker/Disenchanter automatically, I dont know if this is intentional but it would be nice if they got handed out automatically. Possibly you could make it so BOE epics are given to the MasterLooter immediately?
