EPGP Lootmaster
EPGP Lootmaster provides a nice GUI for distributing loot and GP to the raid.
It sends a popup and a message to all raid members with the question wether they want the loot or not and sends this response to the master looter. The ML gets a nice list of every raider's choices sorted by EP/GP (more info on EPGP here).
Whisper system
This mod nolonger requires everyone in your raid to install it! Raid members can now just whisper the master looter with a simple message:
/w masterlooter !epgp need/greed/pass [itemlink]
This, however, will not send the current equipment to the master looter ui. It's still strongly suggested that everyone installs the mod, but it's nolonger mandatory. The master looter, of course, still needs to install it ;)
Installation
Just copy the epgp_lootmaster and epgp_lootmaster_ml directories from the zipfile to your addons directory or use the Curse Installer. When you configure your addons in wow you'll get two entries:- EPGP LootMaster - Core: Everyone in raid needs to enable this.
- EPGP LootMaster - ML: Only Master Looter needs to enable this, most raiders will probably get dependency missing because EPGP isn't installed. This is no problem, just leave it disabled. The Master Looter however does need to install EPGP.
Config
/lm options for some basic options.- Auto announce threshold: sets what kind of item raid members automatically get to see.
- Auto looter: sets a raid members that will automatically receive BoE and BoU items below the threshold (for disenchantment or bank).
- Listen for incoming monitor updates: Enabling this will make your client listen from updates from the master looter. It will show you the exact same interface as the master looter. This way you could help deciding who gets the loot.
Use
Just install this mod on every raid member. Set someone up a master looter. As soon as the ML tries to loot something, epgp_lootmaster will detect it and will try to handle the distribution for you. epgp_lootmaster will also handle the GP distribution for you and should automatically disable the EPGP GP input popup. You can also manually disable this popup from the EPGP options panel.
/lm version or /lm versioncheck
This will show you an interface where you can see wether the members of your guild or raid have installed lootmaster and what version.

Selaril Thu, 08 Jan 2009 04:31:25Can't get this addon to work for some reason. It is listed on my add on screen when i log in but nothing seems to work in game. Raid leader said my epgp wasn't coming up as connected like everyone else's in the guild. Any suggestions as how to fix this? Tried numerous ways of installing this add on (ie, manually as listed on this site and through the curse application. Any help would be great. Thanks
also this error comes up when i log into wow
Worldofwarcraft\Interface\Addons\epgp_lootmaster\Libs\lib-st\core.lua:1: Cannot find a library instance of "AceAddon3.0".

Jiminimonka Thu, 08 Jan 2009 01:43:59I have to say, this has sped up looting no end, once a boss is dead, I announce the loot with LootMaster, tanks and rest of raid clear trash to next boss and can click NEED/GREED/PASS on the way there! EZMODE! Awesome.

mackatack Mon, 29 Dec 2008 17:24:21v0.3.14 uploaded. Fixed rendering of EPGP values and made the announcements a party/raid message instead of whispering everyone in raid one by one. You should see some speed improvements. Please tell me how it worked. Thanks!

I dont think it matters if all the items pop up on everyones screen. They should know that they are not eligible and PASS. If sending it to the raid channel speeds things up, that will be good.
For EPGP, we didn't reset with the expansion, so a lot of people are in the 99999+ area for EP points.
I will check on the MIN_EP tonight again, just to be certain it was a mistake on my part.
Regarding point 5, there was considerable lag when I clicked all the items immediately, maybe this will be fixed if you use the raid channel.

1/ There is indeed some lag because the ML will whisper all the candidates one by one. Because of the way wow works it will get slowed down to about 2 whispers a second. I could change this and just send one message to raid/party chat instead of whispering everyone. This however might cause the popup to show up on a players screen that is not eligible for the loot. This is a very low chance tho, so ill change the whispers into a raid/party chat message in 0.3.14.
2/ Hmm, i think this is because the popup will always whisper the response to the master looter, even if the popup opens on the master looter's screen. :P I'll make that faster in the upcoming version.
3/ i guess you're having EP and GP values larger than 9999? I will change the rendering of the EP, GP and PR values > 9999.
4/ MIN_EP certainly is supposed to be taken into consideration. Have you ever had different results on the ML screen compared to the EPGP list? Shouldn't be the case. Please let me know if it does differ.
5/ Very easy to accomplish this. Just rightclick all loot in the standard loot window, just click them all. You will notice that multiple loot popups will show on your screen. That will also happen for every raider in your group. Once the ML makes his selection, the ML window will reappear and he then can distribute the loot.

Jiminimonka Mon, 29 Dec 2008 01:25:52Did a nice Naxx run tonight, EPGP LootMaster worked OK (we have everyone with the addon installed). A few minor problems and suggestions:
1. There is considerable lag getting the items shown on everyones screen, and no confirmation on the ML screen that the item(s) has been linked.
2. When an item drops, the pop-up for the ML to select NEED/GREED/PASS removes the List of players from ML screen, and there is a delay with the list coming back up again.
3. EP & GP are being shown as Scientifc values instead of just numbers. Should show whole numbers not 0.2323e kind of numbers.
4. I am not sure that EPGP Loot Master takes into consideration MIN_EP for showing who has priority on loot, and had to open my EPGP window to check on 2 occassions.
5. With Auto-announce loot set, EPGP LootMaster only links one item to the raid, with no confirmation that its been linked withouth asking. I would like all the items to be linked(all popup on everyones screens straight away including ML). Everyone makes their choices. Once ML has made his choices on loot, he then gets the List window coming up as it is now and can see for each item who is the winner etc. by clicking the tabs on the side of the list window.
I will post more as I think of it, but its getting late. All in all excellent addon though, looking forward to future versions.
