EPGP Lootmaster

EPGP Lootmaster provides a nice GUI for distributing loot and GP to the raid.

It sends a popup and a message to all raid members with the question wether they want the loot or not and sends this response to the master looter. The ML gets a nice list of every raider's choices sorted by EP/GP (more info on EPGP here).

Whisper system

This mod nolonger requires everyone in your raid to install it! Raid members can now just whisper the master looter with a simple message:

/w masterlooter !epgp need/greed/pass [itemlink]

This, however, will not send the current equipment to the master looter ui. It's still strongly suggested that everyone installs the mod, but it's nolonger mandatory. The master looter, of course, still needs to install it ;)

Installation

Just copy the epgp_lootmaster and epgp_lootmaster_ml directories from the zipfile to your addons directory or use the Curse Installer. When you configure your addons in wow you'll get two entries:

• EPGP LootMaster - Core: Everyone in raid needs to enable this.
• EPGP LootMaster - ML: Only Master Looter needs to enable this, most raiders will probably get dependency missing because EPGP isn't installed. This is no problem, just leave it disabled. The Master Looter however does need to install EPGP.

Config

/lm options for some basic options.

• Auto announce threshold: sets what kind of item raid members automatically get to see.
• Auto looter: sets a raid members that will automatically receive BoE and BoU items below the threshold (for disenchantment or bank).
• Listen for incoming monitor updates: Enabling this will make your client listen from updates from the master looter. It will show you the exact same interface as the master looter. This way you could help deciding who gets the loot.

Use

Just install this mod on every raid member. Set someone up a master looter. As soon as the ML tries to loot something, epgp_lootmaster will detect it and will try to handle the distribution for you. epgp_lootmaster will also handle the GP distribution for you and should automatically disable the EPGP GP input popup. You can also manually disable this popup from the EPGP options panel.

/lm version or /lm versioncheck

This will show you an interface where you can see wether the members of your guild or raid have installed lootmaster and what version.

  Hi! The autopass feature does not seem to work properly with the German WoW Client for a while. It does not work for all tokens or some items (druid not passing on mail).

  Ah that's great! Thanks for the response. We're on a US server but we don't expect having many issues with the addons themselves. The big part will be getting rules in place and rates set. /sigh

  DrFubar: the outsider patch works transparently with EPGPLootmaster, no changes needed.

  Other people in raid can see the same window the lootmaster is looking at by enabling "listen for incoming monitor messages" from the control panel (/lm config). This window is read only.

  Just let me know if you have troubles. I could even help you ingame if you are on an EU server.

  Any update on the ability to use EPGPLM with the outsider patch version of EPGP?

  And can non-lootmasters run the LM's console in read-only mode to see the same thing the lootmaster is seeing? The reason I ask is that I would take on the task of lootmastering and running the EPGP/EPGPLM addons, but I don't have the ability to instantly look at any given piece and determine which classes whould be allowed to roll on it as our raid leader does. He needs to make that determination, and being able to see the loot screen would help immensely.

  We've never used any kind of points system, much less any addons for them, but your artistry has pretty much made up our minds for us. We just need to be able to use it with non-guildies and have more than one person be able to see the LM's console.

  Hi, I noticed some classitems are not recognized properly. A few items for class: mage dropped or set tokens but I did not autopass as druid (German deDE Client).

  I know you've probably got your hands full with all the EPGP merge changes, but i've got what I hope is a minor request. Is there any chance you can add the source to the RegisterHeadCountLoot( player, link, lootTypeID, lootGP ) function? Getting a few problems with headcount registering loot as from a trash mob.... I know it's really a headcount problem. Just wondered if it's an easy fix?
