- Option to only send monitor messages to promoted members
- Option to only show client responses on monitor after the player has made their own choice
- New button configuration: Mainspec, Minor Upgrade, Offspec, Greed, Pass.

All these changes are totally backward compatible with older client, this won't break anything. However, older clients won't be able to hide the responses before selection has been made and obviously they won't get the newer buttons. The lootmaster should always stay up to date.

Adding older versions of the required libraries to see if any of these are causing ui glitches which epgplootmaster could never be causing.
