Major change:
All buttons are now configurable from the config panel (/lm config)
It's fully backwards compatible with older clients in your raid (they will not see your buttons tho, only the old ones).

- Option to only send monitor messages to promoted members
- Option to only show client responses on monitor after the player has made their own choice
- New button configuration: Mainspec, Minor Upgrade, Offspec, Greed, Pass.

All these changes are totally backward compatible with older client, this won't break anything. However, older clients won't be able to hide the responses before selection has been made and obviously they won't get the newer buttons. The lootmaster should always stay up to date.
