108 - German translation needs testing in a beta
What does the provided patch do?
I translated everything to German.
Please provide any additional information below.
Did my best, went over everthing twice, but it would be best if you added it to a beta and asked for feedback.

1) Went over it a 3rd time.
2) Bl4ckSh33p made a few corrections which i marked as correct (mostly correct, one error). He/she changed "Passieren" to "Passen" which I then used everywhere else as well. Generally now using "Passen" for Pass not "Passieren". Even though "Passen" is not strictly correct it is used in game. One point is "Default GP:" which I translated back to my suggestion "Default". The reason being that there is a Base GP (Grundwert) which you can set as an EPGP option in the Guildnotes, so I did not use the word "Grundwert" which Bl4ckSh33p suggested as it would cause confusion with this value... I think.
3) mackatack made a syntax correction
4) Went over it a 4th time, corrected some grammar and a few typos.
