114 - A description in tooltips for the different loot options

For each button you configure, add a description of the loot rules related to this loot option and display it in a mouseover tooltip in the loot windows.
For exemple: Need: you need it for your first spec a receive 100% GP value, 2nd spec: you need it for your second spec and will have 50% GP value, ...

Because there is always "this guy" saying "ho sorry I tough 2nd spec was free"
