Calculate % of GP (ex.: greed set at 20%GP) in the assignement of minor GP value too (ex.: shield for non-tank)

    phorx: calculation in percentage of main GP value has already been implemented, just add a % to your value in the button setup. This ticket is about also allowing this for the minorGP value.

    I'd love to see this change as well. My guild wants to use 50% GP for Offspec loot instead of fixed values.
