5 - iLevel on item icons always on

I love the iLevel on item icons feature. I use it a lot. I use it more or less always.

I use it so much i would like an option to have it turned on by default, not having to press a button. :)

    I cannot really add something like this at the moment, since I do not have an active WoW account.
