1 - Command does not work

I've only just installed this addon and it appears to show up in the addons list at the log in screen, properly installed etc, yet the ingame command doesn't appear to work and it does not show in the interface>addons menu.
What version of the product are you using?
Latest Release
Do you have an error log of what happened?
Does not produce an error.
Please provide any additional information below.
