What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to move Profession windows and Profession windows not appearing over bank frames.
2. Not able to move Guild bank frames anymore since patch 3.0.2.
3. resizable Frames since without movable Frames if you have Full bags in bank and toon they don't shrink based on how many bags are open (I would not like it to auto shrink.) But be being able to resize the window like in "Windows xp or vista" hence the name windows for the operating system.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Movable Guild bank Frames and new profession Frames. including inscriptions Trainier frames.

What version of the product are you using?
