  I was desperate to get my aspect bars back

  i was trying what renzho said but found that /fab auto was for somereason not being accpeted - asin couldn't press enter after the line. anyway i typed /fab panicset (yes i spelt it wrong )and it asked is i wanted to reset i said yes.

  still no bars

  i typed /ftb reset and it asked me if i wanted to reset the ftb and i siad yes and both came back

  i think it could be ftb making the problem and ask anyone still having problems to try just reseting the ftb to see if it works.

  I was also one of those affected by the bar not appearing, neither Aspect Bar nor Totem Bar were showing on screen. So I made a new hunter on a new server, switched off all mods except FloAspectBar and FloTotemBar, got him to level 4 so he had an aspect and lo and behold FloAspectBar appeared fine.

  So I went back to my original (70) hunter and switched everything off except those two mods... still nothing. This leads me to believe there's something lieing about in the saved variabled files (I can't remember where that is) that is causing an issue, which might explain why it's affecting random people. I also tried removing the word 'not' from the lua file that the author suggested below, no change.

  Anyway, I persevered on my 70 Hunter and finally got it working. I typed 'fab panicreset' and then 'fab auto' and I noticed I got an almost imperciptible line running all the way down the right hand side of my screen. At first I thought it was just sun on my screen, but I was able to right click on it and lo and behold the aspect bar right click menu appeared. I unlocked it and was able to drag it around. What I realised I was looking at was the edge of the aspect bar mod, only it was MANY time larger than my screen (1600x1200 res), and largely positioned off to the right side. I tried using the command 'fab scale 100' and nothing happened, so I tried 'fab scale 50' and it disappeared. I put the scale back to 100 and it reapperared. I then dragged and dragged the hazy outline so that I could make out the top left corner, then used 'fab scale 1'. Hey presto, the Aspect Bar was there, just as it should be, and tagged onto the side of it was a slightly mis-sized Totem Bar for the traps. I typed 'ftb scale 1' and that went to normal size.

  So a warning to all those typing 'ftb or fab scale 100', on my PC that made the icons 100 times larger than normal icons.

  Not sure if the mod author can do anything about this, but the initial size and position of the mod is WAY out for some people.

  One other thing I noticed, with one of the two mods (sorry, can't remember which) when you type either fab or ftb (depending on which mod it was :P ) and it gives you a list of commands, one of them lists a command as 'paniceset', the R is missing. Reply Report Permalink
