fixed code errors, now it's WoLK ready.
Add several useful buttons
- Quit Guild, when click your name in Guild Member List.
- Guild Promote, when you have the privillage and Guild frame opened.
- Report AFK, when you in BattleGround
- Focus, the same as default one, but can't use in combat
- Promote Leader, when you are group leader.
- Promote Looter, when you are raid leader.

- REPORT SPAM button is now working properly.
- If you can't actually target the player (disconnected, too faraway, etc.), there will be a notice.
- Greately reduced the CPU usage, though it was rather tiny before ;)
