7 - Indicate which friends use FriendsMonitor

I want to add a indication on your friends list and maybe a few of the other addons like FriendsFu to say which of your firends have got FriendsMonitor installed.

This is linked into Ticket: 13-lib-data-broker-plugin and maybe also Ticket: 12-friend-fact-info.
