10 - Positioning

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Adding an option to set an anchor and position it with exact coordinates.

Something like the positioning option in the Bartender4 - Addon.

    In the next beta by right clicking on a bar. This bring up align and swap options. In that you'll have a Bar Location setting. You can type in the X, Y location for the bar.

    The bar that gets its location changed is the one you right clicked on.

    The outline alone sadly doesn't help much. The position input for x and y - you metoinedwill very likely fix this for me.

    New beta 2.04 Added an option to main options called Highlight Dragged Bar. This will put a box around the bar being dragged. Let me know if this solves your issue.

    By default this option is turned off.

    What I may do is add an outline option for each bar to help with alignment. And also a position input for x, y.

    I didn't mean the positioning of the bars relative to each other but the positioning of one single bar. For example I wanted to set the runes into the bottom center over my action bars. But it seems the anchor is at the top left of the complete row of runes and since I don't know the width of the whole rune bar I don'tT know what the x coordinate needs to be for the bar to be exactly in the horizontal center.

    I used a player healthframe to align the bar to it because I can see the width of the player health bar and thus know what my x coordinate need to be for it to be exactly in the center. After that I algned the rune bar to it and disabled the player health bar again. It works but that method is just really complicated.

    Whats wrong with the positioning now?

    You can see the coordinates already, and you can do advance movement which would let you move in much smaller chunks. Its something I can consider, didn't think it was needed with all the tools available.
