4 - Request: "Hide not active" for DK runebar

Trying out the new release, everything works great on my DK, but I am missing the "hide not active" feature for the runebar. Basically, I would like the runebar to show up if I'm in combat OR if any of my runes are on cooldown. This feature is available for most of the other bars.
