2 - Want to be able to trigger an event only in one spec

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
There should be a pulldown or set of radio buttons in the event trigger editor that has choices "Spec 1", "Spec 2", and "Both Specs," with "Both Specs" the default.  This will cause that particular event trigger to take effect only in the given spec, unless it's set to "Both Specs," in which case it will function as it does now, taking effect regardless of which spec the character is in.

    Or, as an alternative way of implementing this idea, perhaps I could find a way to call Blizzard's functions for processing the options in square brackets in a macro command, or at least some of them.
