89 - Add option to reorder the AIC ordering/categories

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Please provide any additional information below.

It would be very useful if inside the AIC category we could reorder, and disable, certain types/subtypes.  There are times when the Blizzard's AIC categories are inconsistent, or not entirely appropriate for guild bank sorting.

I would envision the interface looking similar to the sorting method for current categories, but would be located in the right pane (within the AIC category).

This addon is GREAT!

    could you give me an example?
    most of the fancy stuff is already possible with the filter/ combine function.
