3 - Character addon data deleted for character with special symbols in name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Use a character with name that includes 'ö'
2.  Log into the game and perform a change that is saved. (moving the bag, and or creating an item)
3.  Relog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The bag position is expected to be the same, aswell as item information. However all saved data for the character seems to be whiped. Data saved for the account seems to presist.

What version of the product are you using?
0.25

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No. Did not result in any error messages.

Please provide any additional information below.
It is so far confirmed to happend for characters that includes the letter 'ö'

    Clients having problems with addon data for wow characters with special characters in their name is sadly a problem from blizzards side.

    It could eventually be fixed by placing GHI information from such characaters into pr. account AddOn data.
