109 - Some enemy's bars wont show up during arenas

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Join an arena

See bars, no bars.

What version of the product are you using?
4.0.6

Another person on my arena team has the same problem. We both messed with the layout of gladius a few days before it started acting up. Now we get extremely erratic behavior with hitpoint and casting bars not appearing for some characters on the enemy teams. Some other behavior we;ve seen is the bars showing the names of people after you've left the arena, and pressing enter not registering when you type /gladius test in a chat box.
