GoGo Binding options

One-key mounting solution, useful whether you have just one mount or several. Supports all mounts currently in game, sensibly chooses/randomizes between what you have. Bind a key and hit it to mount/unmount or shapeshift/deshift, or use '/click GoGoButton' in a macro.

Spell support:

- Supports Shaman and Druid travel forms - in combat as well

Autodismount support:

Dismounts you automagically when clicking on herbs/ores or using offensive spells/abilities. Use '/gogo auto' to toggle this on/off.

Preferred mounts support:

You can assign one or more preferred mounts for each zone. Use '/gogo MountLink' to add pref. Use '/gogo clear' to clear prefs for current zone. Warning: GoGoMount will always use your zone specific preferred mounts even if you have faster ones.

You can also assign one or more preferred mounts globally. Enable the option "Preferred mount changes apply to global setting" and the zone specific preferences and commands are applied to the global preferences.

Excluded mount support:

You can exclude mounts that you never ever want to see. Use '/gogo exclude MountLink' to add a mount to the exclusions list. Use the same command to remove a mount from the exclusions list.

No rush, I'll be out of that cave in a dozen quests anyway. =) Ticket's up, let me know if you need help testing.

During beta and early release days of Cataclysm the various indoor cave areas did not allow for the sea horse / aqua form so I had to add special considerations for those areas. That had changed in one of the patches but I don't know how much it had changed. I know they allowed for the Sea Horse but without access do a druid I couldn't test anything druid specific.

Create a ticket here, attach a debug log trying to mount and let me know what should be working. I will try to get it fixed for you before I go on vacation at the end of the week.

Something funky is going on in Darkbreak Cove (Abyssal Depths, around 60,75).

It's unlike the other Vashj'ir quest hub caves I've been in so far because it appears to be marked as non-flyable - flying mounts get an error message, flight form button is disabled, ground mounts are okay. GGM isn't doing anything at all for me (druid) out of the water, whether moving or standing still; in the water, instead of switching to aquatic form as usual, it keeps trying to mount the Abyssal Seahorse.

Darkbreak Cove is specifically mentioned in one of the debug checks, so I'm guessing it's a known issue - I'm just wondering what's special about it.

That's reasonable, thanks for considering it.

I've thought about this in the past and have decided not to for now. GoGoMount is intended to be a long term traveling assistant where you're moving more than 30 yards. Adding support for things like rocket boots, sprint / worgan's sprint, etc. adds additional complications to programming scenarios. What would be used first, second, etc. What if you had intended one and not another... Unlike mounting, Rocket Boots and such all have cool downs and if GoGoMount picks the wrong one you might be quite upset.

Therefore, for the time being I'm sticking to mounts, shape forms and anything else that does not have a cool down timer and is not a short time buff.

Would you consider adding support for more non-mount movement-affecting spells or items? For example, Rocket Boots, the Engineering item, or Rocket Jump, the Goblin racial? It could become a little complicated, for example a Goblin Shaman Engineer, but for the less extreme cases, it would be wonderful to have one button that handles all my movement-enhancing needs. Regardless, I enjoy using GoGoMount and thank you for developing it. Thank you.

Create a ticket on this site here and add a debug log to the ticket.

I am having a problem with the Death Knight mount (the one purchased in the start area), in that the addon will summon every other mount but not that one ?

    Blue Post:
No LVL 85 Food/Water on Mammoth mount vendors
The multi-seater mammoths have a very Northrend-specific feel to them, so we don't necessarily want to just straight update their vendors. We like the idea of having mounts with usable vendors in general, though, and are looking into the possibility of adding new ones in the future (ones that would provide higher level food and drinks). There are already a few ideas incubatin', but nothing that we can reveal just yet.

[...] Your gold wasn't spent needlessly. The multi-seater mammoth mounts still have a fast run speed, can hold up to three passengers, and allow nearby players to sell and repair their items. That functionality is available to everyone, regardless of when the mount is or was purchased.

Thanks. I'll have to look into excluding them from being selected as water mounts under certain conditions.
