GoGo Binding options

One-key mounting solution, useful whether you have just one mount or several. Supports all mounts currently in game, sensibly chooses/randomizes between what you have. Bind a key and hit it to mount/unmount or shapeshift/deshift, or use '/click GoGoButton' in a macro.

Spell support:

- Supports Shaman and Druid travel forms - in combat as well

Autodismount support:

Dismounts you automagically when clicking on herbs/ores or using offensive spells/abilities. Use '/gogo auto' to toggle this on/off.

Preferred mounts support:

You can assign one or more preferred mounts for each zone. Use '/gogo MountLink' to add pref. Use '/gogo clear' to clear prefs for current zone. Warning: GoGoMount will always use your zone specific preferred mounts even if you have faster ones.

You can also assign one or more preferred mounts globally. Enable the option "Preferred mount changes apply to global setting" and the zone specific preferences and commands are applied to the global preferences.

Excluded mount support:

You can exclude mounts that you never ever want to see. Use '/gogo exclude MountLink' to add a mount to the exclusions list. Use the same command to remove a mount from the exclusions list.

    GoGoMount 4.3.17 is the last version of GoGoMount for Warcraft 4.3.x.  All files posted after the 4.3.17 are to be used for Warcraft 5.x (beta / ptr).

    @soulyouth: Go

    Most of the new mounts have been added with the latest alpha builds posted here. The only mounts that are missing (that I know exist) are listed as tickets on this site.

    If GoGoMount is telling you that you have unknown mounts that aren't still showing as open tickets and are running the latest alpha version, open a ticket and attach the .lua file GoGoMount creates under the character's savedvariables directory. GoGoMount saves the list of new mounts in that file.

    Seems to working find on the beta despite the change to the mount interface, only thing I have come across so far that it's found mounts that aren't in its database.

    Is there anything you would like me test ?

    Phainein - I've created a ticket for you (see link below your comment).  Please attach a log of the problem.

    Gogo has stopped working for me recently. I cleared it, reset my options, and tried setting a new favorite mount, and it still just picks any random mount.

    I have also tried the following in the step order provided: 1) Logging out 2) Uninstalling/deleting the Gogo Folder 3) Reinstalling Gogo 4) Logging back in to test

    And it still does not seem to save my preferences. I do not know why.

    I am not sure how difficult it would be, or if anyone else would like it to make it worth doing but I think having an option to cycle mounts would be good. Something like having to cycle through all the available mounts until all mounts have been randomly selected before being randomly selected again.

    Example. I only have 2 passenger mounts on my main, Mammoth and Bike, there are some times when hitting my passenger mount button that I will get one or the other 10 times in a row.

    and with my regular mounts I rarely see some of them(I have like 75 currently). Understanding that I will not see my non-flying mounts very often at all because flying mounts are usable almost everywhere, I would still like to see my assortment of flying mounts more often rather then getting Snowy Griffon all the time.

    Anyways, just an idea. I really love your add-on and use it all the time.

    Have the mouse drivers changed at all?  That would be my first guess.

    Whatever it problem is, there's nothing I can do from GoGoMount to fix this.  GoGoMount says it needs 3 buttons and tells the Warcraft to setup 3 buttons.  Mouse buttons, keystrokes, etc. are all processed by Warcraft and if it's one of the buttons for GoGoMount then Warcraft passes the fact that it was pressed to GoGoMount.  If GoGoMount isn't informed of the button being pressed it won't do anything.

    To verify that it's not GoGoMount enable debugging when there's a problem (/gogo debug) and when you press the button you should see some text in your chat box even if GoGoMount doesn't mount for you.  If there's no text then GoGoMount wasn't informed that the button was pressed.  (You'll need to use /gogo debug after each button GoGoMount does see because it resets the debug flag after each button press.)

    Love the add-on! I'm having a particular intermittent problem and it's only occurring in WoW. I use my middle scroll button on a Logitech Trackball (press; scroll adjusts my zoom in and out) for GoGoMount. Been doing so for a year(?) successfully. Over the past month or so, I'll press and no mounting no matter what I do. Then I'll change the WoW keystrokes to ALT-M and it works fine. Thought it might be a dirty switch but out of WoW immediately, the press acts normally so it's not a bad switch.Something in WoW or GoGoMount deactivating the switch. Any clues or other reports?

    @tiker: Go

    How do I create a debug log of something that doesn't cause an LUA error?
