GoGoMount

GoGo Binding options

Description:

One-key mounting solution, useful whether you have just one mount or several. Supports all mounts currently in game, sensibly chooses/randomizes between what you have. Bind a key and hit it to mount/unmount or shapeshift/deshift, or use '/click GoGoButton' in a macro.

Spell support:

- Supports Shaman and Druid travel forms - in combat as well

Autodismount support:

Dismounts you automagically when clicking on herbs/ores or using offensive spells/abilities. Use '/gogo auto' to toggle this on/off.

Preferred mounts support:

You can assign one or more preferred mounts for each zone. Use '/gogo MountLink' to add pref. Use '/gogo clear' to clear prefs for current zone. Warning: GoGoMount will always use your zone specific preferred mounts even if you have faster ones.

You can also assign one or more preferred mounts globally. Enable the option "Preferred mount changes apply to global setting" and the zone specific preferences and commands are applied to the global preferences.

Excluded mount support:

You can exclude mounts that you never ever want to see. Use '/gogo exclude MountLink' to add a mount to the exclusions list. Use the same command to remove a mount from the exclusions list.

Excludes are global so you probably don't want to do that.  Best way is to set GoGoMount options to add favorites as zone specific and add the mounts you want to use for each battleground.

Is there a way to exclude (bugged) flying mounts like flying carpet and flying machine from being summoned on the ground? For example I still want to use my flying machine for actual flying, but I don't want it to be summoned in BG's since going in to water will dismount me and I got other ground mounts that I love.

Qpon_: Create a ticket with the links above and attach a log file of you mounting. I'll take a look to see why.

Vadanthas: Blink an increase in speed for travel purposes so I most likely won't add support for it. Aspect of Cheetah is a permanent speed increase for travel which is why I added it.

I have the latest alpha build r174 and I cant get it to use Spectral Steed in Tol Barad. The pvp side..The pve side it works fine but soon as I cross the bridge and try to remount it wont work.

I fixed the problem by deleting my gogowtf file Must of been something saved from an older version

I love that you put Aspect of Cheetah into GoGo. I want to suggest adding Blink along the same lines... if the mage is running, cast Blink otherwise mount up.

GoGoMount will use the fastest swimming mount when in water - Abyssal Seahorse, Sea turtle, Aqua form, etc. Summoning the Celstial Steed wouldn't make much sense when swimming. The surface of all water areas as long as you're not under water allows for any flying mount to be summoned (as long as you can fly in that area outside of water). I've been trying to find the best way to detect if you're at the surface or under water for this reason. So if you want to fly, get your head out of the water and click your GoGoButton. :)

GoGoMount has had a no-flying key longer than RandomMount has existed. It's the 2nd key binding option for GoGoMount under your key bindings.

I'd like to see GoGoMount prefer Celestial Steed (the one you buy for cash) when swimming. Exceptions: On druids, In Vashj'ir .. maybe not if you got a potion on that might break either ... not sure about DKs (61+) need for it either.

Why? Celestial Steed can be mounted in water and you can swim up and jump up over the surface .. and Voila! Flying mount without ever swimming on shore.

Maybe instead of making name condition the mounts abilities should be conditions .. flying and mountable in water

An option (like randommount) to ask for non-flying mount would also serve me nice =) (maybe I just overlooked it). It's not so bad now that the slow flyers are faster than ground mounts, so it might not be worth implementing.

Global is entire game, all zones, instances, battle grounds and pvp areas.  Zone specific is a single zone which is used instead of global if zone mounts are set for the zone you're in.

I just had a quick question about the global preferred mount. Does this mean Global as in all zones (Azeroth, Outlands, Northrend, etc) or is it per Continent? Like Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, etc? I was kind of hoping to use a specific mount per continent but am more than happy to hit up each zone and add it to the zone preference. Was just curious how Global the Global preferred was.
