In 3.2.0 Slow flight (riding skill of 225) becomes 150% instead of 60%.

Loaned ... Reins are 150% now... removed options for GoGoMount 3.2.6
Removed logic code for reading the "prefer slow flight over fast ground" from smart mounting logic.
Are the loaned reins effected by the speed increase? Need to find out before removing more logic and the "prefer slow flight...." options.
Database entries converted to reflect new speed capabilities.
