Apparently it's an item based pet... (GoGoMount needs to call the item, not the spell)

Little Ivory Raptor Whistle Little Ivory Raptor Whistle Binds when picked up Races: Orc, Undead, Tauren, Troll, Blood Elf Item Level 1 Use: Summons and dismisses a rideable Little Ivory Raptor. This mount's speed changes depending on your Riding skill.
