What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter the Violet Hold
2. Get lucky and get to fight Zuramat the Obliterator
3. When the boss buffs himself with the dispellable magic effect, Shroud of Darkness, attack him.
4. Observe Shroud of Darkness stack on your character, reducing healing effectiveness by 20% per stack.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see healing reduced display for 1-4 stacks (20-80% reduction) and healing prevented display for 5 or more stacks. Instead, I see nothing.
