I think this is a great addon and my guild has been using it for a couple months. However there were a couple of key features on 4.5 that would make this even more outstanding.

The first would a 'Maybe' check box. Often there are raiders that check yes but are really "maybes" for a particular raid. It would be very helpful for people to be able to select a maybe for advanced group planning.

The second would be a comment/note box. This would be a tremendous help allowing members to post a short note like: "I'll be there but I might be 15 min late". This would also be a big help in group planning.

The third would be check boxes for people to select their available rolls for a raid such as Healer/Tank/Melee/Ranged.

All in all this is a superior add on but if these were to be implemented I feel it would really make this add on stand out even more.
