13 - Relay itself will miss some messages
when elected for the relay, you won't see all chat lines. Other addons like ChatSounds will beep, when receiving a message, being the relay it beeps more often than guild2guild outputs messages.
With WIM installed and in some configurations either the chatlines show up twice oder are missing either.
