This is mainly for testing at the moment, but in near future it will be used for submitting data at http://guildage.com
While the addon is updated for use with WotLK it is not fully tested - but feel free to try it out. It is very harmless ;)
If you upload your LUA files it will have no effect as of writing moment. We're working on the integration still.
