add slash command /resetltldata to enable the smooth reseting of LibTadeLinks auto gen data. There might be a slight problem after patching where the scanner dosn't properly pick _everything_ up, and may have to be run a 2nd time.

fix spacing on ldb tooltip to actually work. slight touch to debug func too.

don't display cooking in the LDB tooltip. players and cooking are like rouges, everyone's got one and they are everywhere.
-Add a ~45 space chars to the bottom of the tooltip to force line wrapping a bit wider.
