2 - Randomly displays guild rank changes.

Tell Ketho how to reproduce this error:
1. Run WoW.
2. Log in.
3. Play WoW. :x

To expand on that, I've been idling in Org while waiting for my LFR queue and the guild rank changes will display with the "Before" part empty. The thing is, there were no changes to the ranks. This happens across various alts and in various alt's guilds as well, and it's never just in combat, just idling or just any one thing. Very confusing.

    Hi Decabah, this is probably a bug introduced by a sanity check in v0.6

    I will add another sanity check to it, and hope that will fix it

    (My WoW subscription just ended, so that's why I can't actively debug it atm, sorry for the inconvenience)
