GunGrats is an addon that automatically congratulates guildies on their achievements. It waits a random interval after an achievement and then randomly chooses from a list of configured "grats" messages, congratulating in Guild chat (or whisper) on your behalf. GunGrats will not congratulate anyone who is in your party or raid or if you are AFK. GunGrats has additional options, including exclusions, whispers instead of Guild chat and using player names in grats messages.
