* Supports the enhancement shaman ability Maelstrom Weapon, and plays sound effects for maelstrom charges as if they were combo points.
* Added an option to only play a tone when hitting 5 combo points (or MW charges), rather than for each combo point 1-4.

This file contains alternate low-volume versions of the Hear Kitty sounds. Instructions are included in the file (just copy the files in the pack over the sound files in the Hear Kitty folder).
