1 - Set the number of combo points that should be considered "final"

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Mutilate rogues are using finishers at 4+ CP, so to be usable for us we need a... slider or some way to set this in preferences.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I'll keep that in mind when I work on improving support for custom sounds.
