10 - Sharing options - Enahnacements 8)
Would like the ability to Select all in your holo-friends list instead of having to select one at a time before you share the list to another character.
Option to wipe current character and/or another character's holo-friends list.
Option to share current holo-friends list to all your characters of the same faction and server of course.
Option when sharing friends to another character to select weather you want to replace their complete holo-friends list with the one you are sharing or just add any friends in your list that aren't in theirs.
Option to compare two character's holo-friends lists and show the friends that differ from each. Then option to "sync" holo-friends list - merging the two lists by adding the ones missing from one to the other and visa-versa ending up with a combined holo-friends list for both characters.
Option to Save a friends list into a backup file in case you accidentally mess it up sharing the wrong list or something.
And, please please please can you import the notes from the wow friends list note field into the holo-friends note field?

Cool, thank you I will try this out. The note size limitation is not a big deal to me as I only have short blurbs about the friends.

This would be a great feature if it would work properly. There are other mods out there that I have tried that auto-sync your friends lists and they all seem to cludge up at some point and you end up having to rebuild your friends lists. This is one of the reason I find your mod superior is because the user has the controll of how/when the friends are modified. I think if you go the auto route you should also give the option to keep manual but allow to pick several or all characters to share to as well as allow to select all friends then you could remove a few that you dont want to share rather than having to click each and every friend to share.

I have no intention to implement such a feature, because everyone should make its own backup of the computer hard drive and of the "World of Warcraft\WTF" folder. You find the HoloFriends configuration "HoloFriends.lua" including your friends list in the folder "World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\YOURNAME\SavedVariables".

The original function of HoloFriends, which should do this, has a bug and is also very limited. I'm have to improve it.
