14 - Add global ignore list

The ignore list used to be global, and in the WTF .lua, you listed who had who ignored (presumably so it knew who to ignore at last login) as well as the "global" ignore list. This doesn't seem to be the case anymore, with the "global" list gone. Now when I ignore a player on one toon, I can't find a way to share that status with the others, and with the "global" ignore list missing in the .lua, I don't even know where to manually enter them. I tried adding lines to the .lua for each toon, but that didn't work. Please tell me I am missing something. Scratching down names on paper and going toon to toon to add them sucks :(.
Thanks for the hard work making this invaluable addon!
