  Sorry for not responding earlier, this thing really should email you or something when a ticket is commented...

  1. Occasionally I had more than one of each of these yes, and they have the same name on holo as on blizzard friends.
  2. They show exactly as "Unknown" or "?" both in addon and out.

  4. Can't test, I managed to delete all my unknown and question marks so I could actually use the addon, sorry :).

  PS: I haven't seen any "Unknown" or "?" popping up for quite a while now so it's possible that the handling off cross-realm ignores was changed by blizzard to not cause that issue in the first place.

  Also there was no error message, this was a hard crash of the entire wow client, which did not occur when trying to delete these entries without holofriends loaded.

  I've never seen such a problem, so I need some information to focus the problem:

  1. Do you have more than one of this ignores, and which name is shown in the ignore list of HoloFriends?
  2. Which name is shown at the in-game ignore list for this "Unknown" or "?" players. (You get there if you click again at the ignore list switch in the HoloFriends ignore list window.)
  3. Is this ignore marked as online ignored? (Check box in front of the name is checked.)
  4. Works the addition to the faction-wide ignore list if this problematic ignore list is added as first list?
  5. You are not using a beta or ptr client or server?

  It would help me much, if you could post the error message shown, if there is one.

  As a solution I could think about immediate removing an ignore, if it get such a problematic name, but for this I need the exact name shown at the in-game ignore list.
