6 - Friend no longer exists
can you add the notification about who is missing on our friendlist (when someone no longer exists) ?
Maybe it's already done, but I don't see it on the feature list...
thank you very much !

oXid_FoX Wed, 29 Apr 2009 08:53:43Yeah, your idea gives real results... What I suggest is a fake (maybe not exactly) check... juste a comparison between the old player-list you saved and the player-list you currently have when you login ; any player missing?
furthermore, it's better to do this check before adding/removing friends from another toon (with the sharing option)
The only thing I don't have any idea is how this can be integrated with your checkbox system...

Andymon Sun, 22 Mar 2009 12:27:00I understood you request.
For my knowledge, the only method to check if a player exist, is to try to add him to the friends list.
To allow this check, I have to limit optional the number of online friends to 99 to have one left for this check. I have to try this out.

oXid_FoX Sat, 21 Mar 2009 16:51:36What I wanted is not an online monitoring of friend deletion, but offline. It's just a kind of warning at login, nothing more...
so let me give you an idea:
"The first time you login, after one friend of your online friends list vanished, you get a message in the chat." yes, but you don't know who it is.

Andymon Fri, 20 Mar 2009 16:58:00For now I have no good idea, how to implement this feature.
The first time you login, after one friend of your online friends list vanished, you get a message in the chat.
And if you try to set a friend to monitoring online, you get a message, if the char don't exist.
The who-scan for friends, not monitored online, give no indication, if a char exist or not.
Let me think about it.
