ImpIgnore

7 - Integrate with serverside ignore list

I would love if the addon integrated with blizzard's ignore list in the following ways.

1) Offer a "severity" option, ranked from say 1 to 3. This would of course be stored clientside.
2) When adding a new ignore and the serverside list of 50 names is full, the oldest ignore with the lowest severity would be rolled off to make room.
3) Ignores with severity 1 are permanent, always stored serverside, and never automatically rolled off. I envision this as being used for the PUG exclusion list and people you really, really hate.
4) Ignores with severity 2 expire after a user-defined period of time, are stored serverside by default, and can be rolled off. Default roll-off time of something like 3 months.
5) Ignores with severity 3 expire after a user-defined period of time, stored clientside by default, and are intended to be rolled off fairly frequently. Probably will be used for tradechat spammers. Default roll-off time of 1 month.

I still haven't forgotten this, I just lack the ambition to do it at the moment.

Sure, just trying to point out that some level of integration with the serverside ignore list is important as it's used for the PUG matchmaking service. Thanks for the addon!

Marking as Accepted with Low priority. It took me several hours to hack in the "aging" aspect. I really don't want to spend another several hours on this right now.

Good, idea; however, I'm not sure I want to use the server side for anything except the worst (severity 1 or whatever arbitrary number I decide). As it is right now, ImpIgnore clears Blizzard's ignore list and stores everything client side.
