Uses ItemNotes to add disenchantment notes to gear and enchanting mat tooltips.
Obviously, gears' tooltip gets info about what it can disenchant into, if anything. And mat tooltips get info about what gear they come from.
Cataclysm info might not be too precise at the moment but I did what I could.
This release is a beta because I need to add localization and update the Cataclysm stuff based on recent info before the next real release. That should bump this up to 1.0.
