add itemid to info shown
change colours slightly, still debating what would be a better colour
removed some caching so price changes ItemDataCache learns will show up without having to reload the UI
updated ItemDataCache that is included, now has many WotLK prices already built in

Update for a reported issue of being called from a mailbox add on to show an item tooltip with no item id being passed into us.

Initial release. Adds lines to show the price you can sell and item to a vendor and the item level to the items tooltip.
