What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

The aim of this enhancemnet is to ensure that materials which are needed by one toon for levelling a skill or just as a reagent - but picked up by another are noted as such and are "automatically" transferred towards the correct toon

There are two main scenarios for the toons
Same account or different account
So
Same account
Towards is via - a designated banking toon, the bank, the guild bank , mail, other toon
 For account bound items (Heirlooms, and special pets)  Mail is the only method  usable
Different account
Towards is - direct, the bank, the guild bank , mail
(account bound does not count)

Please provide any additional information below.
Recipes and Reagants are the things to swap

This is a large area as it can't be just for logged on toons -  so some sort of memory is required - there are other addons which can do this but then that requires some sort of communications

   For first aid once at a particular level there is no need to send linen cloth and so the swapping agorithm should then swap to the next toon, also tailoring needs cloth as well - so perhaps this type of material should just be auto guild banked/mailed to a bank alt?

I have a set of toons with a private Guild bank so the guild bank works for me except for a few characters wo are in real guilds - so that setting would need to be tag based
