27 - Not working
What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect Jpack to be down the bottom left of my bagnon, it's not. I also expect that when I type commands into chat, I can interact with JPack, but nothing happens, comnands are unavailable. It's as if I don't have the program installed at all.
What version of the product are you using? 0.7.11
Do you have an error log of what happened? No, because it's like the addon is not even there.
Please provide any additional information below. I'm using it with Bagnon.
